Ingredients: 

1lb chick-peas
4 spring onions, finely chopped
2 green peppers, finely chopped
10 green stuffed olives
1 garlic clove, chopped
4 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
3 tablespoons vinegar
Half cup olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Cooking Directions: 

- Wash the chick-peas and soak over-night in water.
- Boil in plenty of salted water until very soft.
- Strain, place on a platter and add the onions, parsley, garlic and finely chopped peppers.
- Mix the oil with the vinegar and pour over the salad.
- Add the olives, stir lightly and serve.
