Ingredients: 

1/2 kilo (1 lb 2 oz) sheep's or goat's milk
2 teacups olive oil
2 teacups flour
2 onions, finely diced
Mint
8-10 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Grated cinnamon
Butter

Cooking Directions: 

- Pour the milk, the flour, the olive oil, the eggs, the onions, the mint, salt, pepper and the cinnamon into a pot and mix well.
-  Butter a pan and spread the mixture in it evenly. Bake the pie in a pre-heated oven, until it thickens.
- Remove it from the oven and let it cool before cutting it into pieces. 
- This pie is served cold.
