6 pork chops
3 garlic cloves, chopped
3 sage leaves
1 cup white wine
Half cup lemon juice
Oregano
5 tablespoons olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Cooking Directions: 

- Place the chops in a deep frying-pan with the chopped garlic, grated sage and oregano, salt and pepper and a cup of water.
- Simmer until the juice has been absorbed.
- Add the oil and sauté on both sides.
- Pour in the wine and once this has been evaporated, add the lemon juice.
- Serve hot.
