Ingredients: 

Half kilo (1 lb 2 oz) short, thick macaroni (tubetti)
Half kilo (1 lb 2 oz) strained yoghurt
3-4 tablespoons butter
1 onion, finely diced
Salt
Grated cheese 

Cooking Time:

Cooking Directions: 

- Boil the macaroni in salted water and drain in a colan¬der. Dilute the yoghurt in a small amount of hot water and add it to the macaroni.
- In a frying pan, heat the butter, saute the onion in it and pour it over the macaroni. 
- Serve hot with grated cheese.
