2lbs various fish
1lb onions
1lb tomatoes
Parsley
Half teacup olive oil
10 teacups water
Salt
Pepper
 

Cooking Time: 
about 1 hour
Cooking Directions: 

- In a pot, place the water, the onions, the tomatoes, the parsley, the oil, salt, pepper and bring to the boil.
- Boil for about an hour, add the fish, cover and cook for further 10-15 minutes on low heat.
- Take out the fish, strain the soup in case of little bones and serve it with the fish on separate platter.
