Ingredients: 

4 large apples
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons fine bread crumbs
3 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Half cup white wine
Cinnamon
Salt
Pepper
 

Cooking Directions: 

- Sauté the peeled chopped apples in the butter.
- Add the bread crumbs and continue to sauté
- Add the raisins, the cinnamon, and wine and boil until the apples soften.
- Add the sugar, lemon zest, salt and pepper and serve hot.
