2 kilos (4 lbs 8 oz) broad, beans
10 artichokes
2 gloves garlic
3-4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
30grams (1 oz) olive oil
The juice of 2 lemons

Cooking Directions: 

- Clean and quarter the artichokes and drop them in a bowl of water containing the juice of one lemon and a lemon cup.
- Clean the broad beans. Finely chop the garlic and the fennel and mix them in a bowl with the tomatoes, the salt and pepper, and half the oil. 
- Stuff the artichokes (which have been hol¬lowed) with the mix from the bowl. 
- Place the artichokes upright in a pot and drop the beans over them. 
- Pour in the remaining oil. 
- Add the required amount of water and cook over a low fire without stiring.
- Cook until all liquids are absorbed and only the oil is left.
- Serve hot and accompany with Feta cheese.
