10 artichokes
4 spring onions
4 potatoes
4 carrots
3 lemons
Half cup dill, finely chopped
1 cup meat stock
1 cup olive oil

Cooking Directions: 

- Prepare the artichokes, wash them and place in a bowl of water with lemon juice added to stop them going black.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the chopped spring onions and the dill.
- Once they have softened add the flour, stirring continuously.
- Add the artichokes, carrots, potatoes, meat stock, the remaining lemon juice and salt and pepper.
- Cover the pan and simmer for about one hour.
