1 beef’s brain
3 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
Toasted breadcrumbs
Salt
Pepper

Cooking Directions: 

- Clean the beef’s brain from blood, boil it in water and puree it.
- Beat the eggs, add them to the mashed brain along with pepper, salt, and the melted butter and mix all the ingredients well.
- Butter a small pan and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.
- Spread the brain mixture into the pan evenly and bake in medium oven for half an hour.
- Let it cool, slice into pieces and serve.
