Ingredients: 

4lbs small fish
4 garlic cloves
1 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
Half cup olive oil
Salt
Pepper
 

Cooking Time: 
1 hour
Cooking Directions: 

- Cut the heads off the fish and throw away the entrails. Wash thoroughly and drain. 
- Place in a baking dish, sprinkle with the lemon juice, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Add half a cup of water and bake in a preheated oven at 350oF for about one hour.
