Half cup

3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons pine nuts
6 tablespoons olive oil
3oz parmesan cheese, grated

Cooking Time: 
5-10 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Place the basil, garlic and one nut in an electric blender and blend to a puree.
- Gradually add the oil and the grated parmesan until the sauce thickens.
- This makes approx. one half cup and goes well with pasta, cold fish or meat dishes and salads.
