Beef with zucchinis

6 servings (1 1/1  kilos or 3 lbs 6 oz) beef
1 kilo small zucchinis (2 lbs 4 oz)
2-3 ripe tomatoes, finely diced
2 onions, finely diced
1 teacup olive oil
1 spoonful ground mint

Cooking Directions: 

- Cut the meat into small pieces (two per serving). Heat the oil in a pot and saute the onions, until they are golden. 
- Continue by adding the meat. Saute it, constantly stirring, until it looks golden brown. 
- Next, add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, the mint and an amount of water. Let everything boil for about 2 hours.
- Meanwhile top and tail and rinse the zucchinis. Slice them in the middle and fry them lightly.
-  Twenty minutes before the meat finishes cooking, place them in the pot. Continue cooking over a low fire. Serve hot.
