3 tablespoons vinegar
Half cup olive oil
- Wash the potatoes well and boil them with their skin on for about 40 minutes (depends on the size of potatoes) until soften.
- Drain, leave to cool and peel them.
- Cut into thick slices, place on a platter and sprinkle with salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
Tip: If you wish you can serve with oregano or parsley and finely chopped onion.
