2lbs fresh broad beans 
6 artichokes
6 spring onions
2 lemons
Half cup dill, finely chopped
1 tablespoon flour 
1 cup olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Cooking Directions: 

- Remove the skins from the broad beans and prepare the artichokes.
- Sauté the onions and the dill in a saucepan until soft.
- Stirring all the time, add the flour, beans, artichokes, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Add 2 cups of water and simmer for about one hour, adding a little water if necessary.
