Half teacup olive oil
The juice of two lemons
A small amount of parsley
- Remove the tough stems from the broccoli.
- Wash the broccoli and drop into boiling salted water to cook for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the broccoli from the fire drain through a colander.
- Serve the broccoli salad hot or cold with olive oil, chopped parsley and lemon juice.
