Ingredients: 

400 grams (14 oz) feta cheese
100 grams (3 1/2 oz) Gryyere cheese
3 eggs
250 grams (9 oz) yoghurt
1 teacup flour
Half teaspoon baking soda (or baking powder)
200 grams (7 oz) butter

Cooking Directions: 

- Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the melted butter and the yoghurt and mix.
-  Add the feta and Gruyere cheese, cut in small pieces. 
- Finally, add the baking soda (or baking pow¬der) and the flour gradually, while stirring all the time. 
- Pour the cheese mixture into a buttered pan. Bake the pie in a medium oven for about 25 minutes. 
- This pie is served either hot or cold.
