Half lb gruyere
3 hardboiled eggs cut into quarters
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
- Cut the cheese into cubes, add the oil and vinegar and place in the refrigerator for half an hour
- Wash the tomatoes and cucumber and cut them into slices
- Place them on a platter with the eggs and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Finally, in the center of the salad add the pieces of cheese and serve.
