1 kilo (2 lbs 4 oz) field vegetables, e.g. dandelions
1/2 kilo (1 lb 2 oz) small-sized zucchinis
1 teaspoon baking soda
5-6 tablespoons olive oil 
The juice of 2 lemons

Cooking Time: 
30 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Clean the field vegetables well and wash them many times to remove all dirt. Then drop them in boiling water and add salt and the baking soda (optional). 
- Boil them for 10-15 minutes over a medium fire. 
- Serve hot or cold dressed with olive oil and lemon juice. - Top and tail the courgettes (zucchinis) and prepare them in the same way. 

- Do not cool down the field vegetables and the courgettes by pouring cold water over them. Let them cool in their own water.
