2oz. fish roe
4 slices stale bread
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup olive oil
Half cup lemon juice

Cooking Directions: 

- Soak the fish roe for  half an hour in lukewarm water.
- Remove the crusts from the bread and soak in cold water.
- Drain the fish roe and the bread to remove excess moisture and place in an electric blender with the onion, oil and lemon juice.
- Blend the mixture for a few minutes until it turns into a smooth paste.
- Place in the fish roe paste refrigerator before serving.
