Various fish, e.g. scorpion fish, etc. 
Half kilo (1 lb 2 oz) onions, finely chopped
1 kilo ripe tomatoes
1 ½ teacups olive oil
1 tablespoon red pepper

Cooking Directions: 

- Clean and wash the fish, season with salt and keep them aside.
- Prepare the sauce as follows:
- In a pot, saute the onions in oil, until they look golden brown. Add the tomatoes, peeled and finely diced, salt and red pepper, a little water, if necessary, and let the sauce boil, until it thickens up. 
- Finally, carefully place the fish in the pot and let everything cook over a medium fire for about 15 minutes.
