2 cups flour
Half lb feta cheese, grated
3 eggs, beaten
2 large onions, finely chopped
1/4 lb butter
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
Olive oil for frying

Cooking Directions: 

- In a large bowl mix together the flour, oil, vinegar, a little salt and enough water to make soft, pliable dough.
- Roll the dough out into one large sheet.
- Mix together the chopped onions, grated feta cheese and beaten eggs.
- When the mixture has become as smooth as possible, spread it out over the dough.
- Cut the butter into small pieces and sprinkle these over the mixture.
- Roll the dough up into a cylinder shape.
- Heat plenty of oil in a large pan, curl the pastry round so that it fits easily in the pan and fry both sides.
- Serve hot, cut into rounds.
