Ingredients: 

12 eggs
2-3 onions, sliced
300 grams (11 oz) olive or
refined oil
Salt
Pepper

Cooking Time: 
15 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Saute the onions lightly in a frying pan with half a teacup oil for 10 minutes. 
- In a pan, spread the onions evenly and break the eggs over them. 
- Season with salt and pepper and bake in a medium oven for 5 minutes. 
- Serve hot, as soon as they are taken out of the oven.
