1 ½  kilos (3 lbs 6 oz) hound shark (scyliorhinus)
2 eggs
The juice of one lemon
Oil for frying

Cooking Directions: 

- Wash and clean the fish. Cut it into slices. Pour the lemon juice over the shark, season it with salt and pepper and let it stand (in a pan) for about an hour.
-  Place plenty of oil in a frying pan and heat it until boiling. Flour the fish slices. 
- Beat two eggs with a small amount of water and coat the fish with this mixture. 
- Drain the fish and fry each piece for about 10-15 minutes. 
- Serve hot accompanied by garlic sauce or mayonnaise.
