Ingredients: 

2lbs salted cod
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1.5 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup olive oil
Salt
Pepper
 

Cooking Time: 
10 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Slice the cod and soak for at least 10 hours in plenty of water, changing it every 2 hours.
- Beat the eggs with the milk in a bowl. Add the salt, pepper, baking powder and flour.
- Stir well until a smooth paste is formed.
- Dip the pieces of cod in the paste and fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
