The juice of a lemon
- Clean the squid, removing the eyes, mouth and the transparent bone running along the body.
- Wash the squids, drain and cut into rings.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Strain the squid in a colander for a while.
- Flour the squids and fry them in hot oil.
- When they become on both sides light brown, remove them from the frying pan, place them in a serving dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
