Half kilo (1 lb 2 oz) rice
10 grams (36 oz) garlic
1 teacup olive oil
- Boil some water in a pot. Add the garlic, finely diced, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes; then, pour in the olive oil.
- Add the rice, washed and strained, salt and pepper and continue cooking, until the rice has absorbed all the water (10-15 minutes).
- Serve hot.
