2lbs grapes
Sweet-scented pelargonium
1lb sugar
1 cup water
 

Cooking Time: 
40-50 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Remove the grapes from the bunch and wash well.
- If the grapes have pips, remove these using a special implement.
- Boil the water with sugar for 10 minutes.
- Add the grapes and the pelargonium and boil until the syrup has been thickened.
