Greek fisherman’s soup

2Ibs large fish for soup
 (rock fish, striped grey mullet, cod, scorpion-fish)
1lb mussels, oysters and crabs
4 small carrots
1 onion
3 potatoes
2 lemons 
4 celery springs
Half cup olive oil

Cooking Time: 
40 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Wash and clean the fish and the sea-food.
- Pour 10 cups of water into a saucepan, add the vegetables, salt, pepper and boil for about 20 minutes.
- Add the fish, the sea-food and the oil and boil for 15 minutes.
- Remove the large fish, the seafood and the vegetables from the pan and place on a platter.
 - Strain the stock remaining in the pan and push everything through the strainer with a spoon so that only the bones remain.
- Pour the strained stock back into the saucepan, add the lemon juice and bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
TIP: If you wish you can remove the bones from the fishes and the seafood and add them to the soup.
