12oz self-raising flour
1lb feta cheese
Half cup olive oil
- Grate the cheese and place in a large bowl.
- Beat the eggs with the milk, add salt and pepper and mix with the cheese.
- Add the flour and stir all the ingredients well.
- Grease a baking dish, sprinkle a little flour over the bottom of the dish and add the mixture.
- Bake the pie for one hour at 350oF.
