2lbs lamb’s liver
1 teacup olive oil
Lemon juice 
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
 

Cooking Time: 
about 30 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Cut the liver into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the liver pieces on strong heat.
- Add salt, pepper, the lemon juice and the oregano.
- Let them cook for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from fire and serve warm.
