Ingredients: 

1lb ground beef
2 slices of stale bread
1 egg
1 onion, grated
1 cup flour
1 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons mint
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon vinegar
Salt
Pepper

Cooking Directions: 

- Soak the bread in water and then squeeze well to drain.
- Mix the bread with the minced beef and add the mint, oregano, chopped onion, vinegar, egg, salt and pepper.
- Stir everything together very well and leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Make balls out of the mixture, roll in flour and fry in hot fat until browned on both sides.
- Serve hot.
