3 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons minced meat,
1 tablespoon liver, finely
2 tablespoons milk
1 tomato, finely diced 
1 onion, grated
1 tablespoon grated cheese Salt
Oil for frying

Cooking Time: 
20 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Brown slightly the onion and the minced meat in a frying pan. When all its water evaporates, add the butter and stir with a wooden spatula. 
- When the onion looks golden brown, add the tomato, the milk, a small amount of water, salt and pepper and simmer until all the water is gone.
- In the meantime, cook the liver separately, chop it finely and add it to the cooked minced meat. In another frying pan, heat the oil (it must be very hot). 
- Beat the eggs and mix them with the grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper and drop them in the heated oil; let the omelette fry on one side. 
- Before flipping it over, place the meat-liver mixture on it, and make a roll; lower the fire, turn the omelette over and let it fry on the other side. 
- Serve the omelette hot.
