1lb puff pastry sheet
1lb black big olives
1 big onion
1/3 cup olive oil
- Wash the olives, cut them into pieces and throw away the stones.
- Chop the onion finely and add to the olives.
- Lay the first sheet of pastry on a working surface and spread the mixture over this.
- Sprinkle with the olive oil.
- Place the second sheet of pastry over the mixture and fold into a roll.
- Place the roll in a greased baking dish and bake at 400oF until golden.
- Serve cut into rings
