3,5 teacups flour
1 teacup black olives
2 teacups hot water
Dried and ground mint
1 small onion, finely diced
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 glass olive oil
- Remove the olive pits and chop the olives finely.
- Add the mint and the finely diced onion. Place the flour, the baking powder and the olive oil in a bowl and mix.
- Add the warm water and continue mixing, until you have a fluid dough. Add the olive mixture to the dough and continue to mix.
- Flour a pan and pour the mixture into it. Bake in medium oven for about an hour.
