Ingredients: 

1 kilo (2 lbs 4 oz) green beans
1 teacup butter
8 eggs
3-4 onions, finely diced
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
 

Cooking Time: 
20-30 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Clean and wash the green beans and cut off their edges with a sharp knife. Boil them in a pot with water. When the beans are done, take them out of the pot and drain them. Saute the onions in a frying pan with butter, add the green beans, the parsley, finely chopped, salt and pepper, and brown everything for about 5 minutes. 
- Beat the eggs and pour them over the contents of the frying pan. Fry the omelette on both sides. Serve hot.
