5 eggs
250 grams (9 oz) shrimps
A little parsley
100 grams (3 oz) butter

Cooking Directions: 

- Wash the shrimps and boil them in salted water. Remove their heads, peel their bodies and slice them. Saute the shrimps in half the butter in a pot. 
- -Beat the eggs, add the parsley, finely chopped, salt and pepper and mix well. 
- Heat the remain¬ing butter in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture.
- Stir in the shrimps and fry the omelette on both sides over a low fire. Serve hot.
