Ingredients: 

2lbs veal meat
Half pack pasta No3
Half lb hard cheese, grated
2 cups dry wine
1 cup olive 
2 lbs tomatoes, mashed
2 onions, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt
Pepper

Cooking Directions: 

- Cut the meat into six pieces.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the meat until brown on all sides.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until soft.
- Add the garlic, wine, mashed tomatoes, bay leaf, salt, peppers and the sugar.
- Simmer for one hour until the meat is tender adding a little water during cooking if necessary.
- Just before the end of cooking time, cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, drain and pour cold water over it.
Serve the pasta in a platter, covered with the meat and the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
