5 spring onions
1 cup dill, finely chopped
1 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon flour
2/3 cup olive oil
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the onions and the dill.
- Sprinkle with the flour and add the peas, tomato juice, salt and pepper.
- Cover the pan and simmer for about 45 minutes, until the peas are cooked.
