3 teacups «Sauce with herbs»
2 tablespoons pepper, coarsely ground
2 spoonfuls heavy cream
Some red wine
- Pass the brown sauce through a fine strainer and pour it into frying pan.
- Add the pepper and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- Finally, add the heavy cream.
- Add a small amount of red wine (if needed or desired).
- This sauce is served to accompany sautéed meats.
