Piquant veal chops

Preparation Time: 

4 veal chops
1 onion, sliced into rounds 
3 hot peppers
1 cup beer
1 teaspoon flour
2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking Time: 
Cooking Directions: 

- Place the chops in a roasting dish and cover them with the sliced onions.
- In a bowl, mix the beer with the oil.
- Stir well and pour over the chops.
- On top, place the grated peppers and leave the dish in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Remove the dish from the refrigerator sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover with aluminium foil and bake the chops for about 45minutes and 350Fo.
- When they are cooked, serve on a platter and boil the sauce left in the dish with the flour for 2-3 minutes.
- As soon as it has thickened, pour over the chops and serve with  fried or mashed potatoes.
