4lbs leg of a pork
2lbs boiled beans
1lb tomatoes, mashed
Half cup butter
Half cup wine
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

Cooking Time: 
about 1 hour and 30 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Cut the meat into portions, heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté.
- As soon as it is brown all over, add the wine, mashed tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Leave to simmer for about one hour until the meat is tendered.
- Add the beans, parsley and a little hot water and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes.
- As soon as the juice has been absorbed, serve immediately.
