1 ½ kilos or 3 lbs 6 oz pork
1 ½ kilos or 3 lbs 6 oz cabbage 
2-3 ripe tomatoes, finely diced
3 onions, finely diced
1 teacup olive oil

Cooking Time: 
about 2 and 10 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Wash the meat, strain and cut it into serving portions. Saute the onions over a medium fire. 
- Add the meat pieces and allow them to brown for about 5-10 minutes. Then, add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and some water and let them boil for approximately an hour and a half. 
- In the meantime, prepare the cabbage by cleaning it and cutting it into large pieces. 
- Place it on one side of the pot and let everything boil for another 30 minutes. Serve hot.
