6 pork chops
1 glass red wine
500 grams (1 lb 2 oz) small, round potatoes
500 grams (1 lb 2 oz) green beans
500 grams (1 lb 2 oz) carrots
Half teacup butter
Oil for frying

Cooking Time: 
about 30 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Wash and strain the pork chops. Sprinlde them with salt, pepper and oregano. 
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the pork chops over a medium heat 10 minutes on each side.
- Add the wine to the pork chops and prepare the vegetables as follows:
- Cut off the edges of the green beans and peel the carrots. Then cut both the carrots and the beans in small sticks and wash them well. 
- Boil them in water, drain them and saute them in butter seasoning to taste. 
- Peel the potatoes and either fry them or bake them in the oven. 
- Garnish the pork chops with the vegetables and potatoes and serve them warm as a second cours
