Preparation Time: 

2 kilos (4 lbs 8 oz) pork
1 ½ kilos (3 lbs 6 oz) green beans
1 ½ teacups tomato juice
1 onion, finely diced
1 ½ teacup olive oil
Some celery

Cooking Time: 
Cooking Directions: 

- Wash and strain the pork and cut it into portions. Heat some oil in a pot and saute the meat and onion in it. 
- Pour in the tomato juice, salt and pepper and let them cook. In the meantime, you have boiled the green beans and the celery in salted water and have drained them. (Have in mind that the beans should not be well done). 
- When the pork is almost done, add the green beans and cook these together for a few minutes. Serve hot.
Note: This is a rich dish. It is suggested, therefore, only for winter noon meal
