Ingredients: 

Half kilo (1 lb 2 oz) rice
250 grams (9 oz) shrimps
250 grams (9 oz) mussels
2-3 ripe tomatoes, finely diced
2 onions, sliced
2 teacups olive oil
2 tablespoons ouzo
Salt
Pepper

Cooking Time: 
20 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- In a pot, lightly saute the onions in the olive oil. 
- Add the shrimps, the mussels and the tomatoes and cook over a medi¬um fire for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the ouzo. Add the rice, as much water as is necessary (i.e. one part rice, two parts water), season with salt and pepper and continue cooking for anoth¬er 15 minutes. 
- Serve hot.
