Ingredients: 

3lbs fish in slices (Sea bream, grouper, tunny, and cod)
1lb tomatoes
1 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 cup white wine
Half cup parsley, finely chopped
Half cup olive oil
Pepper
Salt
 

Cooking Time: 
about 1 hour
Cooking Directions: 

- Wash and drain the slices of fish.
- Place them in a baking dish, add the chopped tomatoes, sliced onion and garlic, parsley, wine, oil, salt and pepper.
- Cover the dish with a silver foil and bake in a preheated oven for about one hour at 400oF.
