1lb tomatoes, mashed
1 green pepper
Half cup olive oil
- Clean and wash the fish thoroughly.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion and the pepper.
- Stir and cook until soft.
- Add the mashed tomatoes and salt and pepper.
- Boil the sauce for about half an hour.
- Place the fish in a baking dish, pour over the sauce and bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 400oF.
- Serve hot.
