4lbs salted cod
1 onion, chopped
2 lemons
Half cup dill, finely chopped
Silver foil
Half cup olive oil

Cooking Time: 
about 1 hour
Cooking Directions: 

- Soak the cod in plenty of water to remove the salt, then wash it well and cut it into slices.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the chopped onion and brush with the oil.
- Place on a sheet of silver foil and sprinkle with the dill.
- Wrap well and place in a baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for about one hour at 350oF and serve hot or cold, with oil and lemon dreasing poured over the top.
