1lb small shrimps
3 hard –boiled eggs, chopped
2 spring onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons curry-powder
1 tablespoon capers
10 lettuce leaves

Cooking Directions: 

- Place the shrimps in a saucepan of boiling water and boil for 3 minutes.
- Remove the skins and place in a bowl.
- Add the chopped eggs, the spring onions, curry powder and capers. Stir well
- Place the lettuce leaves in a pan of boiling, salted water for about 1-2 minutes.
- Drain, rinse with cold water and wipe lightly.
- Place 2 teaspoons of the shrimp mixture in the center of each lettuce leaf.
- Wrap the leaves up to make small packages and place on a plate.
- Serve cool
