Shrimps with spinach and Feta cheese

Preparation Time: 

1 kilo (2 lbs 4 oz) shrimps
Half kilo (1 lb 2 oz) spinach
3 spring onions, sliced
300 grams (11 oz) Feta cheese
1 teacup dill, finely chopped
1 teacup olive oil

Cooking Time: 
Cooking Directions: 

- In a pot, heat the oil and saute the onions and dill lightly. 
- Wash the spinach, shred it roughly and add it to the pot with the sauteed onions. Allow these to boil over a medium fire for about 25 minutes and add the shrimps.
- Cook for another 5 minutes. Carefully place the vegetables and shrimps in a pan, sprinkle over with the Feta that has been broken into large bits, and season to taste. 
- Bake in a medium oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
